Burnout and mindfulness among social workers in Spain: A structural equation model of mindfulness and areas of worklife as burnout predictors

Although the number of studies on burnout in social work has increased recent years, research is still scarce. Based a quantitative analysis, our study proposes structural equation model that relates constructs burnout, areas worklife, and dispositional among workers.
